FEARLESS CARAMEL DEMO

Learn to make caramel with confidence. Come learn some tricks and tips for making caramel in this demo class. Tracy will take you through making a basic caramel, several flavored ones and different applications. You will sample the caramel and leave with the recipe and some caramel to enjoy at home.

OCTOBER
TAPAS COOKING CLASS
Saturday, Oct. 14, from 11-1:30 p.m.
Deadline to RSVP is Friday, Oct. 6.
In this hands-on cooking class, we will prepare easy but delicious tapas perfect for late summer-early fall.
On the menu: patatas bravas with salsa bravas, Spanish tortilla with lemon aioli, goat cheese stuffed peppers, pan con tomate, bacon wrapped dates with manchego and green olive dip, ham and cheese croquetas with saffron aioli and garlic shrimp.

LET'S MAKE DOUGH!
PIE, GALETTE & TART DOUGH DEMO
Saturday, Nov. 18, from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Deadline to RSVP is Friday, Nov. 10.
Come learn the differences among these types of doughs, how and when to use them, and how to make them with confidence. We will taste the different doughs in baked products.
Attendees will take home recipes and a treat.
$15 ($13 ODV Wine Club members) per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel a class, with a week or more notice, we can give you credit to take another class or refund the amount (if a refund is desired and a credit card was used for payment, a 5% processing fee will be deducted). Up to 72 hours before the class, we can give you credit to take another class. No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.

Ganache is one of the most versatile components in the dessert world. Learn to make several types of ganache including vegan ganache, see it used in different applications, taste it and get a lesson in chocolate to boot! Attendees will go home with recipes, a ganache treat and the passion to make it at home!

WINE-FRIENDLY APPETIZERS

SEPTEMBER
GNOCCHI COOKING CLASS
Saturday, Sept. 23, from 11-1:30 p.m.
Deadline to RSVP is Friday, Sept.15.
Everyone will learn to make gnocchi from scratch. We will make gnocchi and enjoy several different preparations with them. Students will take home their own batch of gnocchi.
On the menu: Homemade gnocchi, cacio e pepe gnocchi, gnocchi with browned butter, butternut squash & kale, gnocchi in creamy harissa sauce with chèvre

ODV WINE CLUB
For $60 every other month get three exceptional and small production wines - one red, one not red and one of something else, a food treat from TDO, and wine notes. We will have an occasional pick-up party through the year and pick-up sampling events the rest of the time. We are accepting members for the every-other-month participation for March, May, July, September and November.
