Join Tracy & Brad for an in-person cooking and mixing demo using vermouth. We will learn about this wine-based spirit too often relegated to co-star status in the cocktail world. We will also prepare several sweet and savory recipes using vermouth. In addition, several vermouth based cocktails will be enjoyed. Guests will sample everything and receive recipes to take home. On the menu… salmon rillettes, pasta with creamy vermouth sauce, Negroni panna cotta, Manhattan cake, Strawberry Basil Spritz and Negroni Sbagliato.
