CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and you may find yourself needing to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel a class, with a week or more notice, we can give you credit to take another class or refund the amount (if a refund is desired and a credit card was used for payment, a 5% processing fee will be deducted). Up to 72 hours before the class, we can give you credit to take another class OR consider sending a friend in your place!
No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.​​

FROM WINEMAKER AND FELLOW DAME BROOKE LOWRY-IDE OF VINO STACHE WINERY

A cooking series hosted by Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI)-Phoenix Chapter. The proceeds benefit our organization’s philanthropic pursuits including scholarships for C-CAP students. 
This is an online class via Zoom  $35 per person
ODV Wines will have Brooke’s wine suggestion of her Paniolo in stock if you wish to purchase prior to the class. The recipes will be sent by moderator and fellow Dame Candy Lesher to attendees via email prior to the class.

DEMO: ICE CREAM 101

We’ll learn to make and churn the stuff we all love to scream for! We’ll start with a from-scratch vanilla bean ice cream base, an herb-infused ice cream with mint chocolate chip and a mix-in ice cream with cookies. Sample, take home a pint and recipes to try out over this long hot summer.

You will take home your own floral creation.
