Treat Box: A selection of sweet treats including (2) mini lemon meringue tarts, (3) chocolate raspberry truffles, (3) vanilla bean and (3) cocoa shortbreads, and (2) mini vanilla raspberry petits fours. $32

Tart Quartet: One each 4” Lemon Meringue, Berries with Pastry Cream, Chocolate Salted Caramel, and Raspberry Black Sesame Frangipane $40

Savory Quiche Quartet + Salad: One each 4" Quiche Lorraine, Caprese, Spinach & Mushroom, and Green Chile Cheese. Includes a salad of mixed greens with strawberries, cucumber, pistachios, feta & balsamic vinaigrette. $48

APRIL
​​​​Saturday, 4/18, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Flatbreads Around the World
While Italy is hands-down the birthplace of the internationally beloved pizza,
there are many other expressions of flatbreads around the world to make and enjoy.
In this hands-on class we will just scratch the surface of the flatbread world.
We will learn to make Italian focaccia, Turkish pide, French pissaldière, Catalonian coca and Lebanese manakish.

MAY
Saturday, 5/2, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. A Vegetarian French Feast
On the Menu: tartines with chèvre & tapenade, Vichyssoise, mushroom & greens crêpes, salade Mentonnaise (fennel, artichokes & orange), profiteroles with vanilla ice cream & sweet red vermouth soaked berries

JUNE
Saturday, 6/6, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Cool Beans
In this class we will explore a variety of ways to enjoy the mighty healthy, protein dense bean. 
We will make Flageolet beans with zucchini, chèvre & miso lemon vinaigrette, Bahn Mi black bean sliders, Garbanzo bean salad sandwich (faux tuna salad), Mayacoba bean stuffed poblano peppers, and The Roaring Fork-inspired white bean cake with hibiscus frosting & strawberries
