2025 HANDS-ON & DEMO COOKING CLASSES
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and you may find yourself needing to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel a class, with a week or more notice, we can give you credit to take another class or refund the amount (if a refund is desired and a credit card was used for payment, a 5% processing fee will be deducted). Up to 72 hours before the class, we can give you credit to take another class OR consider sending a friend in your place!
No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.​​

In this class we will learn how to make salmon rillettes; vichyssoise; socca with summer squash, cheese & olives; roast chicken provençal; lentil salad with walnuts & baked chèvre; moelleux aux pêches (almond cake with peaches) with vanilla bean crème anglaise. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring your favorite apron.
