Saturday, Sept. 8, 2 to 3 p.m.: K+M Chocolate Tasting & Demo
$10 per person
Tracy leads us through a chocolate tasting of the new K+M
Extra-virgin Single Origin Chocolate Bars. ODV Wines is one of only two local sources where you can find this collaboration from Napa Valley chef and French Laundry founder Thomas Keller and olive oil producer Armando Manni, who uses winemaking technology to craft his EVOO. Sample these interesting single-origin anti-oxidant rich chocolate bars and discover and take home several recipes that use them. And maybe – just maybe – if Tracy and Chuck can procure a proper wine to pair with them in the ODV collection to pair, perhaps that’ll make an appearance too.
