Fall Classes 2017
The Fall 2017 Baking Class Schedule is presented below and may be expanded if time permits. All classes are scheduled for Saturday and include “hands-on” time in the kitchen with Tracy & her staff, a take-home recipe set from the day’s class menu, and something from the day’s production for an at-home show-n-tell of class accomplishments. Each class will be capped at 10 people.

Dessert & Wine Pairing Class
A special event broken into 2 parts
11-4: A hands-on baking class followed by a dessert and wine pairing class led by Chris Beelendorf from Quail Distributing ($60 PP)
2-4: A dessert tasting and wine pairing class ONLY ($15 pp)
On the menu are browned butter pineapple crostada, 5-spice chocolate soufflé cake, sticky toffee apple date cake, sweet & savory blue cheese cheesecake with autumn fruit chutney, crepes with lemon cream and lingonberry compote and a selection of wines to taste, think and pair.
The tasting portion of the class is opened to more guests; however, the hands-on class is capped at 10.

Pie & Galette Class

In this class you will learn to prepare your own pie and galette doughs from scratch by hand. Select from one flavor from each category, prepare one pie and one galette to take home to share with your family and friends.
