All classes are hands-on and priced at $60 per person. Classes run from 11 am - 2pm. Each student receives a packet of recipes to take home as well as treats from the days baking. Classes are capped at 10 people. Classes are open to ages 12 and up.

Sweet & Savory Galettes for Summer
This hands-on baking class is limited to 8 students. On the menu- strawberry basil feta galette, peach prosciutto galette, caprese galette, homemade ricotta mushroom and herbs galette, savory breakfast galette, chicken pot pie galette. You will take home recipes and enjoy all of the galettes made in class.


Join us as we explore interesting varietals and interesting finds. Classes are $18 per person. Reservations are required. Tracy prepares snacks for class so come hungry. Classes are 1:30-3:30 p.m. Contact Tracy to reserve your spot.
