2025 HANDS-ON & DEMO COOKING CLASSES
CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and you may find yourself needing to cancel your reservation. If you must cancel a class, with a week or more notice, we can give you credit to take another class or refund the amount (if a refund is desired and a credit card was used for payment, a 5% processing fee will be deducted). Up to 72 hours before the class, we can give you credit to take another class OR consider sending a friend in your place!
No refunds or credit can be given for cancellations less than 72 hours before a class.​​

JULY

HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS: ICE CREAM & FROZEN DESSERTS

$95 per person

THIS CLASS IS FULL
In this class, we will learn the basics and techniques for making traditional custard-based ice cream, sherbet, vegan ice cream, fruit sorbet, chocolate sauce and pizzelle ice cream bowls.

Everyone will take home ½-pint containers of the frozen treats, sauce and cookie bowls. We will provide ice packs so you can go straight home and stock your freezer. 

Please wear comfortable shoes and bring your favorite apron and an insulated food bag or ice chest and plan to go home directly after class. Class size is limited so reserve your spot sooner than later via an email to tracy@tracydempseyoriginals.com

Nothing says “summer” like a fruit pie! In this hands-on baking class, you will make a double crust all-butter pie shell, fill it with the beautiful summer fruit of your choice - think mixed berry, peach, and apricot, oh my! -  then bake and take it home to enjoy. While the pies bake, we will prepare some accompaniments. 

Please wear your favorite apron and comfortable shoes.
